Shipping & Returns

Made to order. Every RAYADA piece is knitted when you order it. Production takes about 2 to 3 weeks, then your parcel ships tracked. You receive the tracking number by email the moment it leaves the atelier.

Shipping. Free tracked worldwide shipping on every order. We ship from Italy. Typical transit: 2 to 5 business days in the EU, 5 to 10 business days for UK, US and the rest of the world.

Customs outside the EU. US personal imports under 800 dollars are duty-free. UK, Switzerland, Norway and other non-EU destinations may attract local import VAT or duties collected by the courier before delivery; where applied these are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Payment name. The charge on your card statement appears under our atelier's payment name, Knitwear Atelier (RAYADA).

Returns. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, as per EU consumer law. The piece must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Write to [email protected] with your order number for return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Size exchanges. Wrong size? We exchange for free: write to us and the atelier knits the correct size while the first piece travels back.

Swimwear & hygiene. For hygiene, sets and any piece worn against swimwear must be returned unworn with tags; try them on over underwear.
